In this module we will be looking at some testing techniques used in a cloud environment, and some of the approaches to testing connectivity that we should follow in order to ensure service availability and an appropriate level of client experience. We will also be examining various tools that can be used for troubleshooting cloud environments and we will go through individual TCT/IP utilities and show the functionalities they provide.
