The course offers comprehensive training on using Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) to control hazardous energy and avoid injuries in the workplace. You will review OSHA 1910.147 requirements and important LOTO positions. You will also learn the process of locating and isolating electrical, mechanical, and chemical sources, practical representation of lockout procedures on equipment, group lockout, taking over shifts, and emergency restarts.
