This childhood development course establishes the importance of early childhood education for children with special educational needs (SEN). We explain the role of special education in helping children with special needs to mesh with society. We examine the function of the family, school system and wider society in creating a fulfilling and inclusive environment for these children that cultivates their development and respects their dignity.
