This course describes all the essential aspects of becoming an ISO 9001 internal auditor for QMS. Once you are done with it, you will equip yourself with knowledge of the types of audits in ISO 9001, strategies to manage an audit program, and integration of an ISO 9001 audit program with the PDCA cycle. Moreover, the competence and responsibilities of auditors are also discussed, and primary and minor non-conformities are identified.
